Ingredients:
For the choux pastry (cabbage dough):

10 cl milk

80 g butter

120 g all-purpose flour

3 eggs

Pinch of salt

For the filling:

150 g fresh cheese (like cream cheese or ricotta)

Juice of 1 lemon
