A handful of fresh parsley (about 1 cup loosely packed)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 cup filtered water
How to Make
Rinse the parsley thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
Blend the parsley with the cup of water until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass.
