Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Finely chop or crush them to release their natural juices.
Mix and Warm: Combine the chopped onion and garlic in a small bowl. Optionally, add a teaspoon of olive or coconut oil for skin comfort. Warm the mixture slightly—do not overheat.
Apply the Poultice: Place the warm mixture onto a clean cloth or gauze and fold it to secure the contents.
Apply to the Body: Place the poultice on the soles of your feet, over the liver area (right side under the ribs), or on any area of discomfort. Secure with a bandage or wrap to keep it in place.
Rest and Relax: Leave the poultice on for 30–60 minutes while you rest. The warmth and ingredients help draw out toxins through your skin.
Remove and Clean: After use, remove the poultice and gently wash the area with warm water. Pat dry.
