Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix garlic, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the sauce generously over the chicken.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy, basting once halfway.
Roasted Broccoli
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven (can be roasted simultaneously with chicken) for about 20 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
Cheesy Fig-Balsamic Alfredo Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic in a little olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, fig jam, and balsamic vinegar. Stir well to combine and heat gently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
