Prepare the Peanut Butter Base:
In a large bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter and melted butter until smooth and combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers into the peanut butter mixture. Stir well until the mixture becomes thick and crumbly but holds together when pressed.

Form the Base Layer:
Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or your hands to flatten the surface.

Melt the Chocolate Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Add Chocolate Layer:
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly using a spatula.

Chill and Set:
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate topping is firm.

Serve:
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your delicious homemade bars!
