Easy Lemon Vinaigrette

Juice the Lemon: Squeeze the lemon and measure out 1/4 cup of fresh juice.

Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl or jar, add the lemon juice, mustard, garlic (if using), salt, pepper, and honey or maple syrup.

Whisk or Shake: Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified, or shake all ingredients in a tightly sealed jar until well combined.

Taste and Adjust: Add more salt or lemon juice as needed.
