Prepare the Cheese: Cut mozzarella into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Set Up Breading Station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs mixed with milk in a second bowl, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.

Bread the Mozzarella Sticks: Dip each mozzarella cube first in flour (shake off excess), then egg mixture, and finally coat in the panko mixture. Ensure each piece is fully coated and place on a plate.

Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a large pot or deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Mozzarella Sticks: Fry the breaded mozzarella sticks in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Make the Creamy Dip: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Serve: Arrange mozzarella sticks on a platter with the creamy dip and marinara sauce on the side. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
