Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
Preheat oven: Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
Make garlic butter sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and paprika.
Brush lobster tails: Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake: Place lobster tails on a baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Finish and serve: Brush more garlic butter over the tails before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
