½ chayote

3 fresh lemons

1 glass of water

Instructions:
Peel and dice half of a chayote into small chunks.

Add chayote and water to a blender and blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture into a container to remove pulp (optional).

Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons into the chayote water.

Stir well and drink immediately.
