Buckeye Bars: Classic and Yummy!

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing continuously until fully combined and thick.

Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.

Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the peanut butter layer and spread with a spatula.

Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.

Cut into squares and serve chilled.
