Preheat your air fryer to 340°F (170°C).
Lightly spray two small ramekins with non-stick spray or grease with oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to each ramekin.
Crack one egg into each ramekin.
Place ramekins carefully in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft poached eggs or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Gently lift the eggs out using a spoon and serve.
