Peel from 1 pomegranate (organic if possible)

1 liter water

Optional: 1 cinnamon stick or a slice of lemon

Instructions:

Prepare the Peel: Wash thoroughly to remove pesticides.

Cut the Peel: Slice into small pieces to release nutrients.

Boil: Add to a pot with water. Boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Rest: Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
