Savory Potato Muffins: Crispy Outside, Tender Inside, Bursting with Flavor

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil.

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, shredded cheese, flour, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until evenly combined.

Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Press down lightly to compact.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
