Sprinkle baking soda generously over the burnt areas of your pan.
Pour the white vinegar or lemon juice over the baking soda. Watch it fizz — this bubbling helps break down burnt bits.
Let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes to penetrate and soften the burnt residue.
Add warm water to cover the bottom of the pan and gently heat it on low for 5–10 minutes. This loosens the burnt-on grime even more.
Remove from heat and let the pan cool until safe to handle.
Add a few drops of dish soap and scrub the pan using a soft sponge or nylon brush until clean. Avoid steel wool on non-stick surfaces.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry your pan. It should look refreshed and ready to use!
