Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Prepare the Chicken:

Mix the flour and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.

Coat each chicken breast evenly in the flour mixture.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil or butter.

Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring frequently, and let it simmer until slightly thickened (about 3-5 minutes).

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve:

Place the chicken on plates and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
