Orange Blossom Citrus Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add softened butter and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, orange zest, orange juice, and orange blossom water.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange blossom water until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
