Cook the Pasta:
Boil salted water (1 tsp salt) and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Pour in broth, oyster sauce, and mustard. Stir until sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Finish with Sour Cream:
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream to make the sauce creamy and smooth.
Serve:
Plate the pasta, spoon the minced meat sauce on top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
