Minced Meat in Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Pasta

Ingredients:

400 g minced meat (beef, pork, or mixed)

1 onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

2-3 celery stalks, finely chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

150 g mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or whole grain)

350 ml broth (beef, chicken, or vegetable)

Pasta (your choice), cooked according to package instructions

1 teaspoon salt (for pasta water)

2 tablespoons sour cream

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
