Japanese Dough Trick: Soft & Fresh Rolls for a Month!

Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, dry yeast, sugar, and egg whites. Let it activate for about 5–10 minutes until bubbly.

Mix dry and wet ingredients:
Add sifted flour gradually, mixing well. Pour in vegetable oil and knead until a soft, smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).

Prepare the filling:
In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, and salt until smooth.

Shape the rolls:
Punch down the risen dough. Divide it into equal portions, flatten each piece, and place some filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and seal well.
