Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare marinade:
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate chicken:
Place chicken pieces in a baking dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, coating evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
Bake chicken:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, basting with the pan juices halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely caramelized.
Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
