Homemade Ant and Mosquito Trap That Really Works

Mosquito Trap:

Cut the plastic bottle in half.

In the bottom half, mix the brown sugar with warm water. Stir until dissolved.

Once the water cools slightly, add the yeast. This creates carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.

Invert the top half of the bottle (like a funnel) and place it inside the bottom half without the cap.

Tape around the edges to seal it, and place the trap in dark corners, near windows, or outside sitting areas.

Replace the solution every 2 weeks for best results.

Ant Trap:

Mix sugar, water, and borax until you get a thick syrup.

Soak a cotton ball in the solution or pour a small amount into a jar lid.

Place these traps along ant trails, windowsills, or near any known entry points.

The sugar attracts the ants, while the borax disrupts their digestive systems, eliminating them gradually.

Refresh the traps every few days.
