Dorito Casserole: A Cheesy, Crunchy Fiesta in One Dish!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.

Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies and stir well.

In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Add this creamy mixture to the beef and stir to combine.

Spread half of the crushed Doritos evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon the meat and creamy mixture over the chips.

Top with the remaining crushed Doritos, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green onions, or avocado if desired.
