1 cup (240 ml) milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Butter or oil (for greasing molds)
Equipment:
Cream horn molds (or aluminum foil rolled into cones)
