Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and cocoa powder.
Add wet ingredients: Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
Press into pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down evenly with a spatula.
Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, until edges are firm.
Cool & cut: Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
