In a baking dish, layer the sliced zucchinis evenly.

Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the zucchini.

Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the zucchini is tender and tomatoes are slightly roasted.
