Wash and prepare all ingredients. Peel the beetroot and cut into small chunks.
Cut watermelon into cubes, discarding any seeds.
Place beetroot, watermelon, and any optional ingredients (lemon juice, ginger) into a blender.
Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water and blend again.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or enjoy as-is for more fiber.
Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best results.
