3-Ingredient Mixture to Clean Dirty and Crusty Stovetops

Sprinkle baking soda: Generously sprinkle baking soda all over the dirty, crusty stovetop surface.

Add dish soap: Drip the liquid dish soap over the baking soda to help break down grease.

Spray vinegar: Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar and spray it over the baking soda and soap mixture. You’ll see fizzing—that’s the cleaning action working!

Let it sit: Allow the mixture to bubble and sit for about 10–15 minutes to loosen grime and burnt-on residue.

Scrub gently: Using a damp sponge or soft cloth, scrub the stovetop gently in circular motions. For stubborn spots, a soft brush or non-scratch scrubber works well.

Wipe clean: Wipe away all residue with a clean, damp cloth. Repeat if necessary for heavily soiled areas.

Dry and shine: Finish by drying the stovetop with a microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.

Tips
Avoid abrasive scrubbers to prevent scratching your stovetop surface.

For glass or ceramic stovetops, be especially gentle to protect the finish.

Clean regularly to prevent buildup and keep your stovetop looking fresh.
