1. Prepare the Fish
Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil.
Season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Cook the Fish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place fillets in the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Remove fillets from skillet and set aside.
3. Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium; melt butter with olive oil in the same skillet.
Stir in minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley; stir well.
Season with salt and black pepper; let simmer 2-3 minutes.
4. Assemble and Serve
Arrange cooked fish fillets on a serving platter.
Spoon warm lemon butter sauce over each fillet.
Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices.
