Weekend Potato Pancakes | Easy and Delicious Potato Treat

Peel and grate the potatoes finely. Place in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and sugar, and mix well.

Combine Ingredients:
Add the grated potatoes to the egg mixture. Gradually add flour while stirring to form a batter.

Cook Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Spoon batter into the pan, flatten slightly to form pancakes.

Fry:
Cook each side for about 3–4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sour cream, applesauce, or your favorite topping.
