1. Prepare the Mac and Cheese:

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour. Cook 1–2 minutes until golden.

Gradually whisk in milk and cream until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).

Stir in cheddar and Gruyère cheeses, add Dijon mustard (optional), salt, and pepper.

Combine sauce with pasta, transfer to a baking dish.

Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

2. Cook the Asparagus:

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until tender and lightly charred.

Optional: squeeze lemon juice over asparagus before serving.

3. Sear the Steak and Prepare the Surf:

Season steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter.

Sear steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time to preference).

In the last 2 minutes, add shrimp and lobster tails to the pan; cook shrimp until pink and lobster opaque (about 2–3 minutes each side).

Drizzle everything with garlic butter.

4. Plate the Meal:

Slice steaks and arrange on plates.

Add shrimp and lobster tails beside steak.

Spoon creamy mac and cheese onto plates, ensuring golden crust on top.

Arrange roasted asparagus spears alongside.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.

Serving Suggestions
Pair with a chilled Chardonnay or a light Pinot Noir.

For extra indulgence, drizzle more garlic butter over steak and seafood before serving.
