Ingredients
For the Surf and Turf:
2 small ribeye or filet mignon steaks (about 6 oz each)
4–6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lobster tails (split lengthwise)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for searing)
2 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
2 lemon slices (for garnish)
For the Mac and Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni or preferred pasta
1½ cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
For the Asparagus:
8–10 asparagus spears, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
