Prepare Onions:

Spread onions on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and tender.
Make Parmesan Cream:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring gently until warm but not boiling.
Add Cheese:
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine:
Add the roasted onions to the cream sauce, stirring gently to coat.
Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
