Quick No-Oven Bread – Ready in Minutes!

Activate the Yeast:
Warm the milk slightly (not hot), then add 1 tsp sugar and the instant yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix Dough:
In a bowl, combine the yogurt (if using), the remaining pinch of sugar, and the yeast mixture. Stir to combine into a smooth batter.

Cook Bread:
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan, spread gently into a round shape. Cover with a lid.

Cook Slowly:
Let it cook for about 7–10 minutes until bubbles appear on top and the bottom is golden brown. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 5–7 minutes until cooked through.

Cool & Serve:
Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy fresh with butter, jam, or your favorite spread!
