Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add softened butter and milk, mix well.
Stir in baking powder and flour gradually until smooth batter forms.
Fold in the sliced apples gently.
Pour batter into a greased pie or baking dish.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
