Parmesan Sauce

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the steak bites:
Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Make the garlic Parmesan sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
