Ingredients
2 organic lemons
150 g icing sugar
130 g flour (Type 405)
70 ml milk
50 g cornstarch
40 ml sunflower oil
8 g baking powder
2 eggs
How to Make
Prepare the lemons:
Zest both lemons and set the zest aside.
Juice the lemons and reserve the juice.
Mix the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and icing sugar.
