Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Spread half of the salted peanuts evenly in the bottom of the dish.
In a medium saucepan, melt the peanut butter chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully combined and smooth.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir until they are melted and the mixture is thick and creamy.
Pour the warm mixture over the peanuts in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top, gently pressing them into the surface.
Let the bars cool completely at room temperature, or place in the refrigerator for faster setting.
Once set, cut into bars and enjoy.
