Homemade Immune Boost Juice: Pineapple, Turmeric, Carrot & Lemon Juice

Wash and peel the carrots and turmeric root (if using fresh).

Chop pineapple into chunks.

Juice or Blend:

Juicer method: Feed pineapple, carrots, and turmeric through your juicer.

Blender method: Add pineapple, carrots, turmeric, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. If using a blender, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother juice if desired.

Sweeten & Mix:

Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed. Mix well.

Serve:

Pour into a glass over ice if you like it chilled.
