Healthy Banana, Avocado & Carrot Smoothie

Peel the banana and avocado; chop into pieces.

Peel and chop the carrot into small chunks to help blending.

Add banana, avocado, carrot, almond milk, and optional honey and cinnamon to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie and blend again.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
