Fried Lemon Pepper Salmon Sticks with Old Bay Blue Cheese

Cut the salmon fillets into finger-sized sticks.

Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with lemon pepper seasoning, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Dredge each salmon stick in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the salmon sticks for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain on paper towels.

Old Bay Blue Cheese Dip:
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
