Creamed Potatoes and Peas

Prepare the Sauce:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper until smooth and bubbly (about 1 minute).

Add Milk:
Slowly whisk in the milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens (about 5–7 minutes).

Add Potatoes and Peas:
Gently fold in the cooked red potatoes and peas. Stir to coat them evenly in the sauce. Heat through for 2–3 more minutes.

Serve Warm:
Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley or extra black pepper if desired.
