Chicken Rolls with Ham and Cheese

Lay the chicken breast slices flat on a clean surface. Lightly coat each slice with olive oil.

Assemble the Rolls:
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast slice. Carefully roll up each piece tightly.

Coat the Rolls:
Mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Roll each chicken roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Prepare for Baking:
Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Place the coated chicken rolls seam side down on the tray.

Bake:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake the chicken rolls for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is golden and crispy.

Serve:
Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
