Ingredients
450 g (1 lb) chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 slices fresh ginger, divided (2 sliced, 2 minced)

4 green onions, separated into white stems and green tops, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 cup celery, sliced diagonally

1 cup bean sprouts, rinsed and drained

2 tbsp light soy sauce (for marinade)

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp water (for marinade)

ΒΌ tsp baking soda

1 tbsp cornstarch (for marinade)
