In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in uncooked pasta, beef broth, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until fully melted and creamy. Simmer on low for 2–3 minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
