Line a square baking pan (8x8 inch) with parchment paper for easy removal.
Melt the salted caramel candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Pour the melted caramel candy evenly into the prepared pan and spread with a spatula.
Allow the caramel layer to set slightly but not fully harden (about 5-10 minutes).
In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts using the same microwave method.
Pour the melted green candy over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly.
Let the fudge cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until fully set (about 1-2 hours).
Once firm, remove from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
