Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
In a blender, combine eggs, warm milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add Yeast and Flour:
Add the yeast to the blender mixture and blend briefly. Then, gradually add the flour while blending to form a soft dough. You may need to finish kneading by hand if the dough is too thick.
Let the Dough Rise:
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape the Rolls:
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a round roll and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Second Rise:
Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and Serve:
Remove from oven, cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
