Surf and Turf Feast with Garlic Butter Lobster, Shrimp, Steak, Mac and Cheese, and Asparagus

Introduction
This luxurious surf and turf dinner brings together the best of both land and sea—perfect for special occasions or an indulgent weekend dinner. Juicy steak, tender lobster and shrimp, creamy mac and cheese, and roasted asparagus come together in one spectacular plate!

Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the Surf and Turf:
2 small ribeye or filet mignon steaks (approx. 6 oz each)

4–6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 lobster tails, split lengthwise

2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for searing)

2 tbsp garlic butter (melted)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

2 lemon slices (for garnish)

For the Mac and Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni (or preferred pasta)

1½ cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

For the Asparagus:
8–10 asparagus spears, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
