How to Make (Spoon Shape):
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the batter as described in the main recipe.
Instead of pouring into a baking dish, use a spoon to scoop individual spoon-shaped portions onto a lined baking sheet (use parchment paper or a silicone mat).
Space them evenly to allow for slight spreading.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until they’re lightly golden and set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
