2 eggs
250 g milk

200 g Mix it Schar gluten-free flour
How to Make
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease your donut molds.
In a mixing bowl or Bimby, beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy and pale.
Gradually add milk and sunflower seed oil while continuing to mix.
Slowly fold in the gluten-free flour until smooth and well combined.
Divide the batter into two parts for the two-tone effect. Optionally, add cocoa powder or flavorings to one part for contrast.
Pour the batters into the donut molds, alternating for the two-tone look.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool before removing from molds and serving.

Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
