Fill an oven-safe glass or ceramic cup with room-temperature water (about 200 ml).
Place it on the lowest rack or in a corner of the oven.
Preheat and bake as usual, leaving the water glass inside during cooking.
After cooking, remove the glass carefully—use oven mitts, as it will be hot!

If your oven is very hot, place the glass in before preheating to avoid sudden temperature shock.
Don’t fill the glass to the top—leave some space to prevent spillage.
